My client purchased this simple industrial building to add to his business which was refurbished and upgraded into a new car maintenance garage for his fleet of company vehicles.
The existing steel portal frame was retained however the building was completely re-cladd, new windows & doors, new services and internal finishes. Now a great and clean workshop to the envy of many mechanics.
