This client has a very large rear garden and had the brief to extend his property to the rear to make full benefit of the views of his garden. 
The existing kitchen was very dark and only has a small window looking out towards the rear garden. There was also no access to the garden and patio area apart from a single door off the utility room. 
The scheme prepared for him included a large open plan snug / dining / kitchen area across the rear of the property including new playroom for the kids. Great access to a large patio area was now possible. The new flat roof area included large overhang to help with over-heating and help with privacy from his neighbours first floor balcony onto the new patio. 
The scheme is currently awaiting Planning Approval.
